As a parent of three children who graduated from Greenwich High School, Lin knows the importance of a quality education for our children and our community. Lin’s background in education (Master’s from Columbia University) and teaching (chair of an English Department in Westchester) gives her an important perspective on a crucial issue.

Success starts in the classroom and Lin will work to make sure Greenwich schools are the best in the nation, from maintaining appropriate funding to helping teachers find housing so they can live in Greenwich. Teachers who are able to stay after school and coach sports enrich our children’s lives and make Greenwich a more appealing destination for the best teachers.

The First Selectman must be a forceful advocate for educational excellence, and Lin will be a key figure in the education discussion in Greenwich.
